Looks like from experience, the coolant is very old, has sat in the engine to long and everyone previous to you has added whatever coolant they had in their shop including, ‘it’s used but still looks good’ coolant

had alot of rust in my block, I flushed it a few times and kept going. no overheat issues for me

Sometimes if ya let a 903 sit over winter water and coolant mix, only ever noticed it in the oil pan but could be rad too, not ideal but we’ve got three and they all do it from time to time, never seems to hurt them and seems to smrten right up when you run them for a while. I’m sure machining and head gaskets would fix but she’ll still run
