@momchef32: 4 ingredients to make this absolutely delicious bread loaf that's not sourdough, no mixer or kneading and no dutch oven! 4 1/2 cups flour (all purpose or bread) 2 3/4 cups warm water 1 TBS instant yeast 1 1/2 tsp salt mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until no dry bits remain. make sure it looks wet or add more water. cover and let rise 1 -1 1/2 hours. heavily flour your countertop, scoop and fold your dough a few times then dump dough onto countertop. shape into a ball or oval shape. place on parchment lined pizza pan or cookie sheet, dust the top with flour and cover with towel. let rise 45 minutes preheat oven to 450° with cast iron pan at the bottom. (make sure whatever pan you use at the bottom is oven safe! if using corningware, add water when preheating). uncover bread, slice curve into the top with a sharp knife place in middle of oven off to one side. pour water into hot pan in bottom of oven in off to other side (wear oven mitt to protect from steam) bake 30-35 minutes until internal temp reaches 200° #bread #baker #homemade #delicious #CapCut
Add 1 crushed Vitamin C too and you won't believe the result! Yeast loves Vit C and the flavor, texture will be amazing

If you want to make it taste really good bread try to get natural flour that hasn't gone through a highly processed refinement because it'll have more of the good ingredients in it
The shelf life isn't as good because it's a natural product but it tastes 100 times better and people with wheat allergies don't react to it

More or less the recipe I use that I got off the app. Last time I made it I ended up with x2 baguettes and I used half the dough to create a cheesey garlicky pull apart bread.
