✨ 7 boring things I do every day that have made the biggest difference in my skin:☀️ 1. Get morning sunlight (10–20 minutes) I get outside within the first hour of waking, without sunglasses if it's comfortable and safe to do so. Morning light helps support my body's natural circadian rhythm, which can improve sleep quality later that night. Better sleep gives your skin more time to repair overnight, and I also find it helps me feel more energized throughout the day. 💧 2. Drink water before coffee The first thing I drink every morning is a big glass of water. After 7–8 hours of sleep, your body is naturally dehydrated. Starting with water helps me feel refreshed before caffeine, and staying hydrated supports overall skin health and a more plump, healthy-looking complexion. 🥩 3. Eat at least 30g of protein with every meal Your body needs protein to produce collagen, repair tissues, and maintain muscle. As we age, getting enough protein becomes even more important for overall health. I aim for around 30 grams per meal because it helps me stay full, supports muscle, and gives my body the nutrients it needs. 🧊 4. Spend 2–5 minutes doing facial massage or gua sha This is one habit I never skip. A few minutes of gentle facial massage helps reduce morning puffiness, encourages lymphatic drainage, and feels incredibly relaxing. It won't permanently change your face shape, but it can leave your skin looking more refreshed and sculpted for the day. 🧴 5. Wear SPF every single day This is the most important skincare product I own. UV exposure is one of the biggest contributors to premature skin aging, even on cloudy days or when you're indoors near windows. I apply sunscreen every morning and reapply when I'm outside for extended periods. 🌙 6. Vitamin C in the morning & a retinoid at night Vitamin C is my go-to antioxidant in the morning because it helps brighten the appearance of my skin and protects against environmental stressors. At night, I use a retinoid, which has strong evidence for improving the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture, and skin tone over time. Consistency is what makes the difference. 😴 7. Prioritize 7–9 hours of quality sleep Sleep is when your body carries out many of its natural repair processes. When I consistently get enough quality sleep, my skin looks brighter, less puffy, and more refreshed. No expensive cream can replace a good night's sleep.None of these habits are exciting, and none of them are overnight miracles. But if you stay consistent for 90 days, you may be surprised by how much healthier and brighter your skin looks. 📌 SAVE this video so you can come back to these habits every day. ❤️ FOLLOW for simple, evidence-based skincare and healthy aging tips that actually fit into real life. #agelessbeauty #womenover60 #womenover50 #glowingskin #antiagingsecrets #antiageingskicare #antiagingsecret #matureskin #GlowUp #beauty #fyp
