Daddy Yankee has recently been very vocal about his faith, even publicly stating that he is walking away from performing his old secular music to give God the glory and focus on faith-based music moving forward. And now we’re seeing the fruit. “THIS DAY WAS PREPARED BY THE LORD FOR YOU.” In a powerful moment, Daddy Yankee shared the gospel and his personal testimony with over 2,000 incarcerated men at Louisiana’s Angola Prison, one of the largest maximum-security prisons in the United States. Reports say that hundreds responded, surrendering their lives to Jesus. We are witnessing something bigger than a moment… this is movement. In the last days, God said: “I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh” (Acts 2:17). And we’re seeing it unfold right before our eyes, not just in churches, but in prisons, in Hollywood, among celebrities, athletes, and people many never expected. God is reaching into the darkest places and pulling people into His marvelous light. This is revival. Let this be a reminder of God’s goodness and His relentless pursuit of souls. We must continue to pray for our loved ones, for the lost, and even for those society may have written off. No one is too far gone. This is the Great Commission: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” (Matt. 28:19) There are so many people still bound, stuck in cycles of sin, depression, anxiety, and darkness, not knowing there is a way to freedom. And His name is Jesus. “Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near” (Isa. 55:6) Let revival continue to spread. Let hearts turn back to the Father with fire and zeal.
