I don’t just care about as much anymore. Don’t want to be inconvenienced. I am okay being by myself now and I was super social before. I find it freeing in a lot of ways.

PROPRANOL and a valid husband…. I was on my way to my son‘s baseball game had a full on panic attack. Got to the parking lot couldn’t get out of my car… called my husband (who was already there) . He came to my rescue then it took me an hour and a half to get home cause I had to keep stopping cause I thought I was going to die. The only thing that literally helped save me. Is my husband‘s voice.. get you a husband who can help you. I cried because I couldn’t watch my son‘s baseball game. Mind you I’m stepmom, lol his mom‘s not really in the picture, but neither here go there. I refuse to let this affect my entire life. I got testosterone pellets in one day two and feel like a new woman!!

I take Ubers/Lyfts all the time now. People always ask me why or assume it’s bc I’m planning to get drunk. I tell them, “Because I like to be chauffeured around like a Queen, that’s why!” 😂 At this point, it’s not even just bc I don’t like driving (and dealing with parking), it’s bc I like the service. 👑 It frees up time and energy and keeps me much calmer on these crazy streets cuz I’m in the backseat enjoying the ride 😝
