As a dentist I can totally relate and understand. People are more angry and lashing out more often. Dentures are tough, most are psychologically prepared for the journey, but many are not and cannot understand the patience required to get dentures. It’s like losing a leg and getting a prosthetic leg. You aren’t going to be running a marathon on day one. Week 4 you might just be learning to stand and building enough callous skin to tolerate even having them on. The same for dentures, your tissues weren’t designed to have plastic rubbing against them all day.

They put dentures in my father , who was eighty five years old , he lost forty pounds in over a year because he couldn't eat an over a year with his dentures , he said it's the most paint he's ever had to deal with is entire life
