Lost him 5 years ago. Apat na taon na din ako di nag aaral after niya mawala. And now, I'm still strying to get my spark back. No one really knows how tired I am to pull myself together, and start again, in a way that I will allow myself na to study again, and get out of my comfort zone. It will never gets easier. Lost my mom too 16 years ago. I'm 22 now, without them. Trying hard to be an adult while my inner child is still mourning them. I have my own journey, and I know it will get better. I know it's been 5 years, still... i just want to take some space right now.

lost mine at 16. i’m 27 now. doesn’t get easier especially since my dad was such a solid guide in my life. adulthood is hard when you spent your childhood and early teen years being guided and built up by this figure in your life that you end up losing while you’re in your early college years.

Almost a year after losing my dad, I’m slowly able to breathe and laugh again, but the hole in my heart will always remain until my time comes. I wasn’t there in his final moments. I never got to say goodbye, or even hold him one last time. May we find each other again in heaven.

It has been 10 years since I lost my dad, yet today I cried as though I had lost him only a second ago. 😭😭💔 I miss him every single day. He was the only person who loved me unconditionally, and since he left, I have never experienced that same kind of genuine love again.
