😂 یہ سوچ کر مجھے واقعی teachers کی زندگی پر ہنسی بھی آئی اور ترس بھی! ہم students کو لگتا ہے کہ teacher کا کام بس کلاس میں آنا، lecture دینا، بچوں کو پڑھانا اور واپس چلے جانا ہے… لیکن حقیقت میں ایک teacher کے حصے میں تو ہر روز ایک نئی ذمہ داری آ جاتی ہے۔ کبھی decoration، کبھی function کی preparation، کبھی بچوں کو line میں کھڑا کروانا، کبھی کوئی activity، کبھی documents، کبھی کوئی extra کام… اور اوپر سے اگر کوئی کام رہ جائے تو سب سے پہلے سوال بھی teacher ہی سے ہوتا ہے۔ 😂😭 سب سے مزے کی بات تو یہ ہے کہ teacher سے ہر کام کی expectation ایسے کی جاتی ہے جیسے وہ teacher نہیں بلکہ school کی all-rounder employee ہوں۔ 😭😂 “یہ بھی کر دیں”، “وہ بھی دیکھ لیں”، “بچوں کو بھی manage کر لیں”، “function کی تیاری بھی کروا دیں”… اور teacher بیچاری دل میں سوچ رہی ہوتی ہیں کہ میں پڑھانے آئی تھی یا پورا school چلانے؟ 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ اور پھر جب کوئی بچہ کہہ دے: “Ma’am آپ نے ہمیں یہ کیوں نہیں سکھایا؟” تو teacher کے دل میں بس یہی آتا ہوگا: بیٹا، مجھے پہلے یہ بتاؤ کہ مجھے اتنے سارے کاموں سے فرصت کب ملی؟ 😭😂 ہم students واقعی teachers کی محنت کا صرف ایک چھوٹا سا حصہ دیکھتے ہیں۔ ہمیں صرف ان کی کلاس نظر آتی ہے، لیکن اس کے پیچھے ان کی planning، preparation، responsibilities، بچوں کی فکر اور نہ جانے کتنے اضافی کام چھپے ہوتے ہیں۔ ❤️‍🩹 اس لیے کبھی کبھی teacher کو بھی بس یہ کہنا چاہیے: “Ma’am، آپ نے جتنا کام کیا ہے نا، اس کے لیے ایک دن نہیں، پوری زندگی شکریہ کم ہے۔” 🥹❤️ اور ہاں… اگر کبھی teacher ہمیں کوئی extra کام دے دیں تو شکایت کرنے سے پہلے یہ یاد رکھنا چاہیے کہ وہ بھی انسان ہیں، ان کے بھی دس کام پہلے سے pending ہوتے ہیں۔ 😂🫂 Respect for all those teachers جو صرف کتابیں نہیں پڑھاتیں، بلکہ school کی آدھی دنیا اپنے کندھوں پر اٹھائے پھرتی ہیں۔ 🫡❤️📚 Salute to every teacher who says “کوئی بات نہیں، میں کر لیتی ہوں” even when she already has a hundred things to do. 😂🥹❤️ #teacherlover #TeacherStudentBond #RespectAndTrust #Respectourallteacher #foryouviralvideotiktokunfreezemyaccount

Also thanks to @threshend For helping me with ae basics and being there for me, also taught me how to animate in ae.
