these could all go both ways tbh, paying shouldn't always matter but its not a red flag, sending money to family without discussing is fine depending what it could be and if its just their own money, and some hobbies are overly expensive 🤷♂️

tbf, if he's passionate about something you should support him in that. some hobbies are very expensive, but that doesn't mean he's only going to take you on McDonald's dates or anything. it's kinda ungrateful ngl
