I think the problem is that while his damage isn’t bad it’s also not phenomenal AND you need a fully five star team and preferably his sig to get to that point. A lot of people aren’t willing to invest that much in a character especially if they’re still not gonna be top tier. Plus he kinda got screwed with the banners that went up with him. He was right after Columbina, Ineffa, and Zibai who are all top tier pulls. He also ran with Flins who is one of the most popular in the Nod Krai cast as well as with a chronicled which even tho the characters on that chronicled don’t have a lot of value that is still 3 characters that hadn’t rerun in well over a year and had been long awaited by their fans. Then ofc the two immediately after him were Skirk and Escoffier who are actually pretty close in strength to him and despite being restricted to freeze allow for a lot more wiggle room than him since they work with almost any cryo or hydro four star. I think maybe on his rerun once Nicole is released if his numbers increase much he’ll probably have more people pulling for him.
