There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a care worker. In fact, it is one of the most selfless and impactful professions. However, it is important to dream bigger, grow continuously, and visualise yourself at the next level. Never become so comfortable in one position that you stop aspiring for more. I started my journey as a healthcare assistant and worked in that role for several years while hustling and trying to find my path. Along the way, I experienced a paradigm shift that changed my mindset and my vision for my future. From that moment, I never looked back. I returned to education, completed several professional courses, and through consistency, hard work, and determination, I became a Registered Manager under CQC on three different occasions before progressing into a Regional Manager role. Still driven by the desire to grow further, I transitioned into children’s services and eventually became a Registered Manager under Ofsted. Today, I am accredited under both CQC and Ofsted. This journey did not happen overnight. I have spent over 15 years in the health and social care industry, learning, growing, failing, rising, and evolving. Now, I have embarked on a new chapter by starting my own business, HB Zenith Care. The purpose of sharing this is to encourage others not to limit themselves. You do not have to wait decades before reaching the next stage of your life. Growth begins the moment you decide to believe in more for yourself. Whatever the mind can conceive, it can achieve. Start by putting in the work. Invest in yourself. Learn continuously. Stay disciplined. Dream beyond your current environment, and never be afraid to aspire for greatness. May all your dreams come to fruition, and may your journey lead you to places greater than you ever imagined. Amen. ✨🙏
