Three months into our online movement program!  When someone joins The Movement Program, I set them on their journey by showing them how to document their movement through simple assessments.  This is to foster a transformative experience. Inviting you to take photos of your movement gets you immediately involved. Recording your movement helps you step back and objectively look at what you might not be able to feel.  This helps you understand whatever problem you are experiencing better. You can continually return to your starting photos to observe what changes as you progress in the program.  This dedicated member proudly showed what is shaping to be another fantastic transformation story, and I can't help but share her success!  In her starting photo, when she bends forward, you can see how her hips shift to the right and her upper body shifts to the left.  You can also see how her ribcage is rotated clockwise.  After only three months of implementing The Movement Program, her commitment is starting to pay off; stunning changes are visible in the before-and-after pictures!  Now when she bends forward, you can see both hips, and the space between her arms and hips looks more even. This strongly indicates that when she bends forward, she can come straight down the middle - no more shifting her hips right and upper body left!  You can even see how her ribcage rotation has reduced!  Muscles on both sides of her body are starting to work better together, helping balance her movement! Asymmetrical muscular tension is starting to calm down, and her neck even looks like it’s able to bend and relax now as well fully.  There’s still work to be done, but this is an excellent sign that her commitment, determination, consistency, and effort are starting to pay off in significant ways.
