Awwww... My older brother is also a nurse and has been working in a public hospital for 12 years. He always ranks at the top when applying for permanent positions, but because of the “backer system,” he doesn’t get selected. Now, he is saving money so he can take exams abroad. Many of his coworkers have already left the Philippines to work overseas.

Moved to US at the age of 19, LVN at 21 and now i just wanna go back to PH and study BSN because tuition here is too much. Now living independently (room for rent only) trying to learn finances/budgeting but it’s hard hahahaha

I feel you. Mahirap nga. You can’t have everything, may masa-sacrifice talaga. But, choosing yourself, your own growth, was never wrong. There’s a kind of self fulfillment na magkakaroon ka once u go abroad. When I went overseas, may mga nagbago sakin, learnings, masasabi ko na it was for good. Something nahindi ko matutunan if I only stayed in Ph. Kaya kudos to you. Its okay to feel sad, but don’t regret it.

Minsan talaga nag sisi tayo sa mga nagiging desisyon natin pag hindi na tayo masaya at iniisip natin ang mga what if natin pero bro I’m so proud of you kasi madaming tao din may what if tinuloy nila yung pag a abroad at the young age siguro malayo nadin narating nila ngayun kasi yung pakiramdam na di ka umuusad pero sa tatotoo lang ang layo na ng na usad mo patunay lang na iba’t iba tayo ng oras sa buhay if you think enough. Na yung knowledge mo ngayun natutunan mo dyan.Bakit hindi mo subukan yung what if mo noong age ng 23 ka ay subukan munga yun bumalik ka dito and para malaman mo din kung naging worth it ba talga yung lahat ng pag titiis mo. Kasi nag sisi din ako na diko ginawa yung lahat para makapag collage noong time na sarili.kupalang yung obligasyon ang dami kung what if humanap ako ng paraan pero ginawa kunaman talga yung best ko. Pero siguro kapalaran ko pero ngayun sumubok ako nag-Aral ulit ako at this time mas pursigido na at mas gusto na matapos kasi alam kuna yung pakiramdam ng what if siguro yung mga what if natin lahat yun may reason bakit ng yayari kasi yun pala yung magiging fuel natin. Para maging mas hubigin tayo sa better version ng self natin😊
