I've had all of them and more. My Quang, Cau Lau, Thit Heo Hai Dau Da, Banh Beo, White rose dumplings, Bo Kho, Bun Thit Nuong, Banh Bao Xa Xiu, Com Chay Kho Quet. I still have another 15 days to go in Vietnam so I'm on the lookout for new dishes. Tomorrow I will try Bun Ca and Bun Cuon

lol I sat close to where you're sitting for the bo ne. but tbh their bo ne was overrated and it was mid compared to other lesser known bo ne restaurants I've tried. it was too watery and sweeter than it should be so flavor felt light and more sugary and wet
