I really want to try these, I’ve tried others but they were horrid! I don’t need it for weight loss but I wouldn’t mind if it did contribute to weight loss, I definitely don’t want to gain weight but more so as a meal replacement just to get some calories in, on the days I can’t eat due to chronic pain. Are they any good?
