rat tail file to fine tune it....if its nicked bad we use a dremel and then put an edge on with the hand file.....guaranteed the cart boys will knock it off the wall or set it on the concrete floor after we do so....EVERYTIME

We use an electric cup sharpener. Its a nice luxury, but if you dont know how to use it, you'll be going through a ton of new sleeves.

We have an electric floor based sharpener. We lightly touch it up 2-3 times a week. Only seconds in the machine is all it takes.
