TADSAW is who I used. They train you to train the dog so when/if your dog passes or retired you can train the next one. Loved working with my trainer.

TADSAW have satellite trainers all over the US. They help you train your dog. They do not pre-train one for you.

I trained my own for ptsd, migraines, anxiety , night terrors and some other tasks for my medical issues.. you dont have to have one from an organization just know how to train tasks and dog has a good temperament
