Cops know the law and ID requirements, they just refuse to obey the law. No way they can go into a court, lie about this and make it believable.

I hope he won lawsuit and taught these cops. A lesson in the bottom line is if I’m ever on a jury for something like this that defendant needs to expect to get more money than he asked for because if I can give it to him, I’m gonna double what he’s asking for.
