As someone who grew up 15 min from Detroit, why lol. I live here now still and downtown isn’t worth the $$$ at ALLL. You could buy in downtown Phoenix and have sunshine for the same cost

Love my 6 BUT I also tell my kids(all but 2 grown now and 2 about to head to college) that IF they want kids, WAIT🤣Live, travel, be spontaneous, and go after the dreams. Then IF you want kids, cool but your life is no longer yours once you do lol.
