I’m gonna wait and see for the full movie to come out bcz from what I’ve seen she’s like Andy from the first movie, awkward, unfashionable, high achiever in college and over qualified. Maybe it can be a glow up story too. The movie is super progressive so it would be weird for them to suddenly pull a move like this. The name choice was kinda bad tho. If the character had been white there wouldn’t have been uproar, so I think the casting behind the scenes was done bad.
