im 5'2 / 157.2cm tall. Im 47-49kg, and I really wanna rach 42kg. PLEASE i need tips.
i alr do 17-20k steps a day, and while i dont cojnt calories I only eat clean foods (chicken breast, egg whites, lots of veggies /potatoes tomatoes and cucumbers).. I dont work out either. TIPS!!??
