You’ve got to bring all your hair over to one side too, so it’s really voluminous on top, and then keep that pose so’s to not move the hair.

Add to that, that they record only in front of a ringlight, which is extremely misleading. Texture not the same, colors not the same, results not the same compared to latural light which will show exactly how the product behaves on the skin

I think we (humans in general) subconsciously pose in our flattering angles when we look at ourselves. Not just on camera. Even when we are by ourselves and we look in the mirror. We pose without realizing it. That's why sometimes we get shocked at how different we look in videos that were filmed spontaneously or we didn't know it was filmed.

I do that! It’s a confidence thing, i literally only like one side of my face and when I found an angle I’m happy with I physically can’t film from a different side as I’d hate it and probably would never post 🤷🏼♀️
