I had the armpit approach 20 yrs ago. Can’t see the scar at all, all sensation returned, looks very natural. I haven’t met anyone else who had that approach tho

I had transaxillary sub muscular silicone over 35 years ago and it was great. Little discomfort, quick recovery, and increased nipples sensation. Scar was barely detectable. No complaints here.

Transaxillary saline under the muscle. Surgery friday was fine and driving monday. only took ibuprofen. Have all sensation & cannot see scars.

I got 375cc over the muscle & both of mine are completely numb almost 3 months later. Like, it's not a big deal because I didn't have much nipnop sensation anyways, but it's weird😅
