Jamaican Cocuswood, 1642 Solent shipwreck, less than ten people on the planet (probably) have seen what’s inside one of these logs. Setup was slow. Cut was ‘fast’. The smell was f*cking terrible - like a low tide that had given up 🤢 Blade held. Line was true. And no, you’re not seeing the grain today… that’s coming, and I want you to see it the way I did. Can you guess how long the cut actually took? I’ve timed it to the millisecond. Closest answer wins a one-off something made from this incredible piece of wood.
