Good video but them figures aren’t correct if he invested to 65 so gained an extra 5 years then the money won’t really compound as the Donal money will only be added in the final 5 years of investing. £4800 x5 is around £25,000 even with compounding interest you aren’t getting £180,000 out of that in 5 years

You need to include inflation (i assume 3%) to see what it would be worth in today's money. I just use the calculators on earlyrt.com

How is that 287k it hasn’t even doubled twice in over 2 decades - that seems off unless this is including charges. I would estimated the pot to be closer to 360-380k no?
