Hash Brown Chicken Caesar Bowls  Spicy chicken, crispy bacon, golden hash brown bites, crunchy lettuce and a creamy homemade Caesar dressing 🤌🏼 Under 500 calories and over 46g protein, making it the perfect lunch or easy dinner 🫶🏼 Ingredients (makes 2):  300g chicken breast, diced

Add the water to loosen and set aside.  ✨ Cook the hash brown bites according to instructions.  ✨Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, garlic & onion granules, salt and black pepper. ✨Fry the chicken until cooked through. Add the butter spread and hot sauce. Toss for a minute.  ✨Grill the bacon until crisp, then roughly chop into pieces. ✨Place the lettuce into a large bowl and toss with around 1/3 of the Caesar dressing. ✨Divide the lettuce between two serving bowls. Add the cherry tomatoes, hash brown bites, chicken and bacon in sections around the lettuce. Divide the remaining Caesar dressing.  ✨Finish with the shaved parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper.
