@thaibrows: this highlighter has a transparent base and a sparser glittery finish which means it’ll go well on top of any blush u use it with! in person it doesn’t look wild, like i’ve see chunkier and flashier glitter highlights before. the texture isn’t powdery but it also isn’t super creamy/emollient. it’s somewhere in between. u can def use this as an eyeshadow topper the shade i got is the sapphire glow, which looks more blue in photos but irl it looks like a subtle blue. overall it’s cute, and affordable but if u already have a highlighter u love, this isn’t something u need #honestreview #focallure #glitter #cbeauty #highlight
