1 - Can’t really defend this except for the fact that Doom’s mind wasn’t his own. This took place briefly after the Axis event which switched up the personality of a bunch of characters, including Doom. In that aspect, you could easily argue that he was mentally weakened and since his mentality was upside down, he was gaslighting others instead of himself. 2 - Doom was ragdolling Dormammu the entire fight while mocking him. Dormammu had to use his army (something he didn’t have against Wanda) to nerf Doom by stealing the Eye of Agamotto to even have a chance and still couldn’t finish him off. Mind you that Wanda was trapped in a pocket dimension she couldn’t break out of and this extremely weakened Doom was able to do that. 3 - Same as 2. 4 - Partly untrue. Wanda had to open a portal to fully connect Doom to the LifeForce in order to overpower him, but Wanda herself was never fully connected to the LifeForce either. Besides, Doom got overpowered because he resisted the power’s corruption as implied when he says “I must resist”. As for the Darkhold, I don’t believe there’s anything suggesting that Doom couldn’t wield it. In fact, he was one of the few characters who didn’t go immediately insane just by looking at it. 5 - Kinda out of context here. This Doom had already used all his power to defeat the heroes (including Wanda) in the previous issue and he quite literally states that. Not only that, he was inside the Vishanti domain where they hold absolute control, while Wanda wasn’t. 6 - Same as 5. 7 - Off-guarded and Wanda was tapping into the Darkhold. 8 - Same as 5. 9 - Same as 5. 10 - You could argue Doom was manipulating her here, and Wanda herself states that Doom’s magicks are more powerful than hers in the same (or previous) issue I believe. 11 - Some doombots are weak, some doombots are strong. Pretty irrelevant. 12 - Same as 5. 13 - Same as 2 and 5.
