Hahahah mind over matter although those sounds mad did actually work so I played a podcast on the Alexa and then played some music on my phone and then I put the radiator on in Ella 😍’s room and I was touching the radiator overloading my senses and then fell asleep 😂

It will ease, if pain gets worse contact hospital or dr. Not sleeping means not healing.they say. You got this Sean operation finally done after 2 years. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

your doctor can give you co codamol or morphine , my next door had liquid morphine for hers , I have Co codamol monthly for different pains and it's not as back as yours

You need proper pain management. Did you not come home with pain medication? I’ve just had a total right hip replacement done in Wednesday, came home on Friday and am sitting here pain free for the first time in 5 years 😍. My surgeon said that you have to keep on top of the pain as if it gets in front of you it’s very hard to come back .All I have is a sore muscle sensation from the surgery which is to be expected but I’ve been sleeping properly for the first time in years. Contact your gp and get proper pain medication 💊. Hopefully you’ll bounce back soon xx

I feel your pain anything knee related and I just cringe now! I’ve dislocated my right knee 3 times and at 30 was diagnosed with arthritis I was told young but didn’t think it would be that young! Five years later and I find it’s the one part of my body that I suffer with arthritis (it’s in my hips and hands now too) that I just can’t get ontop of pain wise!! You need to contact your GP asap they will help you or should do! I got better pain relief when I had my teeth out than what they sent you home with!! Hope you get sorted today will be looking for the update ♥️

The pain is mostly due to swelling. Try ice packs rotated every other hour with heat & keep it elevated. If no better call your doctor & ask for Cocodamol. Best of luck Sean.
