how much fiber does it have? Looking at the amount of veggies between 2 and 3 grams, meaning you’re at roughly 10% the recommended amount for a man (if you are eating 2,500 calories per day). So with this you’ll have a lot or work to do to get to the amount needed for the day. Highly recommend adding some beans to this frittata to get an easy 5-10 grams or some potatoe or sweet potatoe to get around 4-5 and a ton of extra micronutrients along with either option
