Enlighten me please, would walking 10-12k steps everyday cancel out my glutes growing even though I exercise my glutes 4-5times a week. I don’t gym, thats the only form of exercise I do and it’s all at home workouts. 4-5 times a week cos I don’t usw any weights, I have small shaky hands so I really can’t lift any form of weight. And I’m trying to stay lean why getting a fat ssa.. hence the 10-12k steps a day, and I eat in a maintenance/surplus so enlighten me please.
