My biggest struggle is my hair feels good after washing it but after a day and especially overnight, my midshaft to ends are dry like straw. I’ve done everything I can and nothing has helped. I’ve had this issue for years and I’m so frustrated. 😭

I went through so many hair oils like this 😅 pre-wash, post-wash, trying to find the “perfect” one… they’d make my hair feel nice for a bit but I was still dealing with shedding, dullness and feeling bloated and low energy overall. It got frustrating relying on products and not seeing real change. Then in a women’s group I saw Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I tried it and wow—28 lbs down, hair felt stronger, less shedding, real shine. feels like something nobody talks about, my favourite one

So I bought the thickest OGX coconut oil product before seeing this. I have very fine hair LMAO. It's okay though, I use it very sparingly as a prewash. So far it's okay.

I wash daily because I have an oily scalp and use head and shoulders green apple shampoo (my holy grail!) is it okay to still use the ogx coconut oil even if you dont double shampoo? or should I use the mist? thank you Abbey! 🥰❤️
