Hair has nothing to do with learning - grades come from effort and attitude, not hair length. It's a rule, but hair is also self-expression. Cutting it forcefully or shaming students doesn't teach discipline, it just breaks confidence and dignity. Real discipline is respect and responsibility, not uniformity. In the real world, skills matter more than haircuts. Teach us discipline without destroying who we are.
