@manicoleress: Zutaten 250 g Butter 25 g Wasser 1 EL Zitronensaft 3 Eigelb ½ TL Salz 1 Prise Pfeffer Zubereitung 1. Butter vorbereiten Topf vorheizen, Butter hineingeben und die Hitze direkt reduzieren, damit sie sanft schmilzt. Anschließend in ein Gefäß umfüllen und beiseitestellen. 2. Wasserbad ansetzen Einen Topf mit etwas Wasser erhitzen und einen kleineren Topf oder eine Schüssel daraufsetzen. In den oberen Topf kommen Wasser, Zitronensaft, Salz, Pfeffer und die Eigelbe. 3. Eigelb aufschlagen Jetzt konstant rühren und den Achterschlag anwenden. Dadurch wird die Hitze gleichmäßig verteilt, das Eigelb stockt nicht und wird schön luftig. Den Topf immer wieder kurz von der Hitze nehmen, damit nichts zu heiß wird. 4. Butter einarbeiten Nach und nach die flüssige Butter einrühren, dabei weiter rühren und zwischen kreisenden Bewegungen und dem Achterschlag wechseln, bis eine cremige Emulsion entsteht. 5. Fertigstellen Nach etwa drei bis vier Minuten wird die Soße sichtbar dick und cremig. Direkt vom Herd nehmen und servieren. Perfekt zu Spargel und Kartoffeln 👌

This scene made me crave that donut immediately!! @mnijungkook  I was so curious about the donut Jungkook ate in Interlaken, Switzerland that I had to find out what it was. So I looked up the burger place they visited and checked their menu 🧐. Turns out, it was a Berliner Nutella! 🍩💜 The way Jungkook looked like he went to heaven after one bite made me so curious about that donut. Unfortunately, Interlaken is a little too far away, so I made it at home instead ☺️ And here it is!! a soft, fluffy Berliner filled with warm, gooey Nutella. Now I finally know why he liked it so much. If you've been curious too, here's the recipe! 💜 📝 How to Make: •First, sift the flour and mix with dry yeast, sugar, salt then add the egg and cold milk •Mix until combined, then add the butter •Continue mixing until the dough is smooth and elastic (windowpane) •Shape the dough into a ball, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes •Punch down the dough to release the air, then divide it into 47g portions using a dough scraper •Shape each portion into a smooth ball and place it on individual pieces of baking paper or donut paper. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes •Gently press each dough ball to release the air, then proof again for 1 hour •Heat the oil to 160°C over medium heat •Fry the donuts a few at a time until golden brown on both sides, then drain •Fill each donut with Nutella and finish with a dusting of powdered sugar @Ecohome Indonesia #jungkook #areyousure2 #bts #donut #yummy
