@stephanne221: Low capacity windows…. are just a window of low capacity. It is a temporary state where your energy dips… because you’re human! But so many of us see these moments of lower capacity as a sign of personal failure. We respond to it not as a temporary energy state but rather like a permanent character flaw. So rather than letting our body seek what it needs, we panic and push and judge and force and then… collapse. And in that collapse, we shame the ever-living-! Out of ourselves and then REALLY feel hopeless and overwhelmed. Break the loop. Dare to respond to the temporary low capacity window differently. I’m helping students do this every single day, and it’s changing their lives. Not only because you feel so much better in your own skin, but because you ironically get so much more done this way in the long-run!! thank you for posting this. currently in this phase and even though I'm soooo behind on work and chores, just resting on my couch w my dog to conserve my energy for next few days of work
