Guys the solution is to distribute the weight into your fingertips by pushing them into the floor. It takes practice. At first you’ll have to focus on always doing it. Eventually it will become second nature.

If you're hypermobile or just have weak wrists in general, the advice I got from my PT is when your hand is on the floor pull inwards with your fingers, almost like you're grabbing the floor. This will help you spread the weight out more evenly on your hands. For more support, while putting weight on and keeping them on the floor, turn your hands outward slightly, like you're turning a jar lid. You should feel it engage your shoulders and upper arms more and take some of the pressure off! Hope this explanation makes sense
