very relatable, 34 and in the middle of healing and rebuild after years I finally decided to make myself a priority, learning that setting boundaries shows how many people in your life because you didnt have any and now that you do they'd rather lose you than respect you. I like to see them not as a loss but a lesson I had to learn.

im here now @50, a life ravaged by undiagnosed and unknown ADHD and Autism, with a feeling of "I don't know where to turn" but with hope and that's what matters, there is a better day and I will find it, until then I just have to be humble with one foot in front of the other.
