My baby does this when I leave her with family/ walk out the room. You’re just her safe place, I do think because our babies are with us 24/7 it is going to be upsetting not seeing their mummy when they wake up. I have now started leaving her with family even for just 10 minutes, just so my baby can get used to me not being around in the long run x

She’s too young to know she isa separate person from you so when separated it causes stress and anxiety. I’ve had the same happen with both my babies until they were over 1

If its the day time, I’ve found with my extremely clingy son that if I put him in the buggy and then my mum takes him to play in the park or for a walk, he is fine and happy. Being outside helps alot xx

My youngest is 3 in a few weeks. Even now if the parent she wants leaves the house she’ll cry. Even if the other parent is there. The other day I left the house to go shop left her with her dad. She cried when I left. Day before that her dad went football training, she cried when he left even though I was there. 🤣

I’ve got 2 girls 11 months apart from each other and they’re both like this 😩 can’t even cook dinner without them both following me or screaming until I come back 🤣

My daughter used to do it but she soon learnt that I will come back and with my son he’s used to seeing so many people everyday so I can easily leave him at nursery or with people I trust without him crying and he’s now nearly 10 months old x

Leave her for a smaller amount of time . My youngest is nearly 2 and she still cry when I leave the room or the house but will get over it x please don’t give up on having your own time

Advice I can give you, don’t leave while she asleep, let who ever is looking after her to put her down for her nap so she’s aware it does get better x

I’m not sure if you’ve left her before but maybe even leave her with them but go upstairs for little bits at a time n make it longer each time n that way she may get used to it xx
