She’s been separated from her buddy, who was tragically already euthanized, and now she’s facing the same fate. Rosie being surrendered just a few weeks ago. I was sitting on the sidewalk when I saw her being walked to the intake line by her owner. She and her brother peanut were both surrendered due to moving. A story we hear way too often. She walked up to the window with her owner with a wagging tail and a smile—unbeknownst to how much her life would change in just a few moments. Her ears perked up when she heard the loud barks in the distance, but still…she remained happy and excited. Peanut and Rosie were separated, and peanut was unfortunately euthanized due to overcrowding 💔 Rosie has had zero interest and she is one of our longest residents. She WILL be euthanized.
