the woman who gets gut punched 3 times and gets a miscarriage. you have to understand though. there are women that have a hard time getting pregnant and these women are seeing and hearing that there are women purposely getting an abortion when its hard for some. thats messed up

People are missing the point. It was never supposed to be one baby versus three babies. The point here is to ask what would you prefer, three fetuses that are only a few weeks old or one whole baby? Well, without opinion even becoming a part of this I’ll tell you the truth. If you have a miscarriage three times you get no legal penalty. If you accidentally kill a 2 year old child you get manslaughter at best, ontop of other penalties if you are in fact the parent. Look up any story of a parent who basically leaves their kid in the car and they die of like heat exhaustion or something. So as far as the law and science are concerned right in this moment a fetus does not carry the same weight as an actual child. There’s no reason why abortion should be treated any differently.
