Purmeo...I took this fir 6 days and had diarrhea from day 1 and by day 6... I was chronic diarrhea ...I mean down to water spewingvout of me...I was so so sick...minutes from going to ER. I did not take it on day 7. On dayv7 I was so sick and so weak...I stayed in bed....day 8 I was feeling good enough to eat and today is day 9 and I feel better but my lower abdomin is sore and I still have very loose stool...not quite diarrhea but close. I don't know what this stuff has in it but here's what I think....I never heard of this brand before and it ruined my gut! I now have to heal my gut with something different. Still not up to par...
