This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had with an app. The checkout process is confusing, the website is only in English, and it’s far too easy to make expensive purchases by mistake. After accidentally authorizing two additional €19.99 charges, I contacted support immediately and cancelled everything. Despite explaining that the purchases were accidental and made through a confusing interface, they refused any refund and hid behind their terms and conditions. I cannot recommend a company that treats honest customer mistakes this way. Download at your own risk.
