Thinking the Bears don’t need an elite blocking TE3 is like screaming that you don’t know any ball

wasnt a huge fan of this draft for the bears but I like the Muhammed pick. would have preferred C Hect over Jones but ill take it incase Garrett sucks. it was torture seeing edge rushers on the board still and just seeing TE and WR go.

You guys don’t know ball, sorry. Look at how many TEs were drafted on days 1-2 and then look at which team ran the most 12 an 13 personnel last year. How successful were they? It’s pretty easy to figure out the cycle the nfl has with positional value.

We didn’t “need Loveland” they said, so I wouldn’t question any offensive picks from Ben and Poles.

I don’t love the Roush pick but I understand the pick. They’ll run 13 personnel. Also Kmet becomes a trade/cut candidate next offseason. Logan Jones maybe taken early but a good player and the Edge players didn’t fall for the bears that they wanted

Bears fan - it was definitely interesting. I think we go DT/Edge if Dylan didn’t drop to us so we obviously take him. I think we didn’t love the talent/depth that was left when we got to our round 2 pick. Rated the most athletic class by PFF and they’ve said all offseason they wanted to get younger and faster. But ya definitely some interesting choices but I’ll blindly trust Ben after last year.

Packers had their normal draft of drafting 1-2 starters then a bunch of guys that will play in 2-3 years, bears drafted a lot of guys that were very role specific needs and guys that will start or have bigger roles in the future similar to last year, Vikings doubled down on drafted for needs, lions drafted needs and did their typical lions of drafting “our guys” over anything else. I don’t think any thing was all that crazy tbh
