Philadelphia, fromage blanc, crème fraîche, şeker, un, limon suyu ve limon zestini tel çırpıcıyla karıştırın. Yumurtaları tek tek ekleyip her seferinde kısa süre karıştırın. Harcı tabanın üzerine döküp önceden ısıtılmış 160°C fırında yaklaşık 50-60 dakika pişirin kontrolu bir şekilde firindan firina degisir cunku. Soğuduktan sonra buzdolabında dinlendirin. Sos için su, şeker ve nişastayı koyulaşana kadar pişirin, ardından limon suyu ve zerdeçalı ekleyip karıştırın. Ilıyan sosu cheesecake’in üzerine döküp buz dolabina yine dinlendirin.  ENFLISH RECIPE INGREDIENTS: * 250 g Lotus biscuits * 100 g butter, melted * 2 packs Philadelphia cream cheese (mascarpone can also be used) * 3 pots fromage blanc * 1 pot crème fraîche * 1 cup granulated sugar * 3 heaping tablespoons flour * Juice of 1 lemon * Zest of 1 lemon * 3 eggs For the lemon sauce: * 1 tablespoon cornstarch * 1 cup water * 1 tea glass sugar (about 100 ml) * 1 teaspoon turmeric * Juice of 1 lemon Instructions: Crush the Lotus biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a cake tin. In a bowl, whisk together the Philadelphia cream cheese, fromage blanc, crème fraîche, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing briefly after each addition. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 50–60 minutes, keeping an eye on it as baking times may vary depending on the oven. Once baked, let it cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator. For the sauce, cook the water, sugar, and cornstarch until thickened. Add the lemon juice and turmeric, stirring well.
