Antihistamines (hay-fever tablets) are great for heat rash same thing happens to me in extreme heat.

I always have to stop all actives 1 week before vacation 😩 or this happens to me!! found out that if you’re not living in sunny place normaly and use actives in your skincare it will make the sun exposure worst 😩😩😩
