Dealt with acne my entire life. I haven’t had clear skin since I was like 10. I’ve tried everything under the sun, I take such good care of my skin, I drink 80oz of water a day I take pro and pre biotics and gut health supplements, I avoid too much sugar and unhealthy food, and yet my acne comes back stronger every time I think it’s about to be gone. I’m so fed up. Someone tell me if this is you and if you tried these cuz I’m not about to spend money on another supplements that’s not gonna work

i started using african black soap, clean and clear benzoyl peroxide, cerave spf moisturizer, and vaseline snd i have severe acne, my face been really clear lately, plus drinking lot of water and getting sun
