Think about how difficult games used to be back in the day. As the gaming industry got corporatized, it had to be something “everyone” could play. Games guide you through them now. Tarkov is one of the only games that refuses to be inviting for everyone, and that’s why it’s so good to such a loyal base.

It will never be main stream because the start is so bad, it’s the least new player friendly game on the planet. They have absolutely no plans to pull new players, they just want ALL of the money current players have lol

Brother tarkov is NOT that hard, i started on hardcore wipe, got prestige one, now I have done the good ending, i am almost prestige 3 and i have master of ultra, not even at 2k hours yet.. its not that its hard its that its special, rng, its for every type of player that likes This type of games, even if ur casual och jobless its a neesh

Every wipe Tarkov gets made easier and easier, the skill required to do things in Tarkov used to take time and practice. That + the developers just adding windows and buildings everywhere.

I kind of wish this were the case but I feel like they’re catering to a newer player base. Apparently they’ll be adding gps and some other features that will no doubt make it easier

delete shoreline and all its tasks add more pvp tasks best game oat id rather be stuck on lighthouse throughout every wipe than have to do peacekeepers shoreline quests again and again

I'm okay with games being hard and unfair when it's designed this way. I mean every couple of month there is another raigbaiting game. But I have different issue with Tarkov. I didn't play release version but I doubt that something changed. You can't play this game without guide. At all. Or if you try - it will be absolutely miserable experience. Not hard. Not unfair. Much worse. Not fun.

I play casual. I'm a old dude with shit to do.. but I love tarkov. I played pve but switched to pvp. pvp is so fun and rewarding compared to pve. it just takes longer and it's hard but that's the poont
