Bucky’s dislike of Walker makes sense because he wanted Sam to take the shield, since that’s who Steve chose. But Sam has no reason to feel the same way, he gave the shield to the government. Sam expecting Walker to live up to Steve doesn’t make sense either. He’s holding him to an impossible standard, because no one can be like Steve Rogers. Sam is like a kid who leaves a toy behind and then gets upset when someone else starts playing with it.

I just love that Sam was a cry baby bc John has the shield even tho Sam literally gave up the knowing that they were going to get a new guy to be captain america (bucky has a somewhat reasonable reaction bc he’s mad that sam gave up the shield but still)
