I just quit and can confirm, my stress levels are way better and I’m still in college! Worst job I’ve ever had. A customer openly called me stupid and I put in my 2 weeks a few days later. I was so sick of constantly being understaffed and overworked

schedules always random, forced to work weekends all the time while SM is off all weekend, making so much more sales than last year only to not get that promised extra partner on the floor, days off are just recovering from the work week you had but then also have to do errands that you didn't do during the week so you're not really resting, pretty much get told to figure it out when problems come up, the list goes on...😵💫

The benefit audit is actually every 6 months which makes the situation more fucked. one of our partners couldn't get maternity leave and she was only 40 hours under. 2 more weeks and she would have been fine

I’ve worked at Sbux for 6 years now. I go to a local community college instead of the free College program, however I’m about to start a full time surgical tech program in the upcoming fall semester, where originally I’ve been working and doing school part time. Would it be a better idea to work at Walmart or something?? 😭😭 I’m starting to feel so drained every year that passes here
