@hicarsondogss: Not the Copper update I wanted to give 😔 First and foremost, Copper is loved, he’s cared for, and he’s safe. But he’s struggling with the other pets and he’s too big and strong to keep separated inside the home, so most of his life is spent on the patio or in the garage….when he really wants to be inside with his people. The shelter recommended he be the only pet in the home, but his adopter thought she could give him the training and patience he required to make it work with the other pets. Sadly, it’s just not working. Ideally we’d love a rescue to back him and a committed foster to step up. But if you’re interested in meeting Cooper and are local (SoCal) please contact me! 3 years old. Very people friendly. Super strong so could benefit from some leash training. Very affectionate and sweet.
